Electrical energy collection scheme based on STM32F103
         This programme provides a design method for energy acquisition module which can connect to bus system through built-in field bus interface and test all kinds of quality parameters in real time, such as two-circuit and three-phase voltage, electric current, frequency, active power, reactive power, apparent power, power factor, active energy, reactive energy, apparent energy, active energy demand and apparent energy demand.

Hardware frame
 
        Strong signal is converted to weak signal by external strong power through voltage and current transformer respectively, then weak two-circuit and three-phase signals enter two ADE7758 power calculation chips respectively that calculate all kinds of parameters. At last, main chip STM32F103R8 gets all kinds of parameters of two-circuit and three-phase power grid through SPI serial port and ADE7758。
 
Main application fields
Energy acquisition module is mainly used in distribution and transmission system, intelligent grids, industrial and civil distribution and smart buildings system. 
 
主要芯片参数介绍,性能、功能
本模块主要用到的器件为主控芯片STM32F103R8,电能芯片ADE7758ARWZ。
STM32F103系列微处理器是首款基于ARMv7- M体系结构的32位标准RISC (精简指令集)处理器, 提供很高的代码效率, 在通常8位和16位系统的存储空间上发挥了ARM 内核的高性能。该系列微处理器工作频率为72MHz,内置高达128K 字节的Flash存储器和20K 字节的SRAM,具有丰富的通用I /O 端口。
作为最新一代的嵌入式ARM 处理器, 它为实现MCU 的需要提供了低成本的平台、缩减的引脚数目、降低的系统功耗, 同时提供了卓越的计算性能和先进的中断响应系统。丰富的片上资源使得STM32F103系列微处理器在多种领域如电机驱动、实时控制、手持设备、PC 游戏外设和空调系统等都显示出了强大的发展潜力。

电能芯片采用ADI公司ADE7758电能芯片,具有以下特点
高精度:符合IEC60687、 IEC61036 、IEC61268、 IEC62053-21 、IEC62053-22 ,IEC62053-23,在25℃,在1000:1动态范围内,有功电能误差小于0.1%;
多种接入方式:适用于三相三线、三相四线以及其他三相电路。星形,角型系统;
多种测量参数:有功电能、无功电能、视在电能;电压有效值、电流有效值和采样波形数据;
多种输出参数:两路脉冲输出,1为有功功率,2为无功功率或视在功率,终端输出IRQ;
其他:数字功率,相位和有效值的偏移校正;提供片内过电压监测和线电压限值;
串行通讯外设:带中断请求输出的SPI;
低功耗:5V单电源供电,70mW。
